Welcome to Nibz Nails! We look forward to providing you with a personalized nail experience in our private Philadelphia studio. Please review our policies before booking.
APPOINTMENTS & PAYMENTS Appointments are currently available without a required deposit. A valid payment method may be required to secure your reservation. By booking, you agree to our cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policies.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We understand that plans change! Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling.
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total value of scheduled services. Rescheduling within these windows may be subject to the same fees.
LATE ARRIVALS A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may incur a $15 late fee. Arrivals 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment may require cancellation or rescheduling, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
NAIL ART & SERVICE CHANGES Please book all desired services and add-ons to ensure adequate appointment time. Nail inspiration photos should be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment. Additional services cannot be guaranteed without advance notice.
MOBILE APPOINTMENTS Mobile services are available on designated Mondays for eligible group and corporate bookings. Travel fees apply based on location. Refills and maintenance services are performed in-studio only.
PAYMENT & POLICY AGREEMENT Applicable fees will be disclosed during booking. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the Nibz Nails booking policies and authorize applicable charges to your payment method on file, subject to the payment authorization provided at checkout.Thank you for respecting our time and supporting Nibz Nails! 💚
